Youth Protection Policy

ALIGN NETWORKS Inc. (the "Company"), which operates ENQOR, places the safety of children and young people as its top priority, and has established and implements the following Youth Protection Policy in compliance with the Youth Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy.


1. Goals of the Youth Protection Policy

The Company aims to protect children and young people from mentally and physically harmful environments, and to provide a wholesome and safe service environment in which Members respect one another.


2. Access Restrictions and Management Measures for Children and Young People

To protect children and young people, the Company implements the following management measures:

  1. Age Restriction — The Service may be used only by adults aged 19 or older (or aged 18 or older in the case of non-Korean nationals). The Company states this in its Terms of Service and operating policies, and blocks the registration and use of the Service by young people.
  2. Blocking of Harmful Expressions and Monitoring — The Company applies a list of prohibited words to abusive, violent, or sexually explicit expressions, and conducts monitoring to detect harmful information and activity.
  3. Reporting and Sanctions — The Company provides a reporting feature through which users may report child-safety concerns within the app. Reports may be submitted via the in-app reporting form or by email (help@enqor.com); all reports are reviewed promptly and thoroughly, leading to immediate blocking and sanction measures.
  4. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM — The Company strictly prohibits, under a zero-tolerance principle, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and carries out detection and filtering against them.
  5. Compliance with Relevant Laws and Reporting — The Company complies with all applicable child-safety laws and regulations, and upon becoming aware of any violation such as CSAM, removes the relevant content and immediately reports it to the competent authorities.

3. Counseling and Grievance Handling for Information Harmful to Young People

To minimize harm caused by harmful information, the Company supports affected young people in being connected to professional counseling organizations for assistance, and supports the intake and resolution of grievances through its own customer center.


4. Training for Youth Protection Personnel

The Company provides training for its youth protection officer and service operation personnel on relevant youth protection and child safety laws, the criteria for identifying harmful information, and procedures for report response and handling of violations.

This Policy has been established to ensure the safety of users and of children and young people, and the Company will do its utmost to provide a safe and responsible communication environment for all users.


Notice: This English version is provided for reference only. The Korean version of this Youth Protection Policy is the official and legally binding version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version shall prevail.
